Charlie Warren, Tuba

Charlie Warren has a variety of interests.  Along with being the tuba player with BrassWorks, he has been a staff musician at Disneyland for over 30 years - has over 70 works published for brass groups - and teaches at Concordia University and Riverside Community College.  He was fortunate to be included in a "Music Minus One" project for brass quintet (check it out here).  Charlie is a quick arranger and can produce a special piece for your wedding or special event.

Several things need to be taken into account when ordering an arrangement of a special tune or an original composition. "In-a-nutshell" a piece that was written before 1923 in the US (or 70 years after the composers death in Europe) will be about half as expensive as a recently composed piece. The premium rate for a recently composed work scored for our brass quintet is $150/minute of music with a one minute minimum.  An original composition for your event is more expensive.  Please allow at least one month before your event for the piece to be scored - rehearsed/recorded - and approved by you.  Contact Charlie brass_works@sbcglobal.net
